Education at St. Augustine's aims to be exciting, stimulating and challenging. We strive to provide a wide range of learning opportunities for all children based on the local environment, first hand experience, observation and problem solving. The teaching and work set is matched to the ability, needs, interest and experience of the children. The curriculum includes Religious Education and all of the subjects that make up the National Curriculum.
Religious Education and Worship
St. Augustine's is a Catholic school which belongs to the Parish of the Divine Saviour, we have strong links with our Parish, the children enjoy going to Mass and Father Ravi often visits to celebrate Mass in the classroom and lead other Liturgies and services. Acts of Worship take place each day with the whole school or Key Stage of individual classes.
