Investigating a woodlouse's habitat

This term we are looking at Animals and their habitats in Science. We went on a woodlice hunt on our school field and collected some woodlice. We then investigated which area they preferred to determine what makes a good habitat for a woodlice. 

We had sand, twigs and leaves. We found that the woodlice preferred the leaves as they were dark and damp!
